The Right to Vote Coalition first formed in 2016, founded and organized by Sheba Williams, founder and Executive Director of Nolef Turns Inc., a 501(c)(3) public charity that was established to build a network of resources for individuals with court and justice involvement to thrive post-conviction. Founded in 2016, the organization was born to be a support system for those impacted by mass incarceration but quickly evolved into a day to day fight for removing the policies and stigmas around a past conviction.
